Kēyī Yaws Nêōw (/kīːjɪ̄/ /jɒs/ [arrogant] [sex for]) is a subtropical Town located in the Ja̋yja̋shvaw̋chē̋ä Region of the Confederation of Goblin Tribes.

The name Kēyī Yaws Nêōw is derived from the Goblin language, as Kēyī Yaws Nêōw was founded by Glênmèbê Èdsh Gadsho, who was culturaly Goblin.

Climate

Kēyī Yaws Nêōw has a yearly average temperature of 13°C (55°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a cool 15°C (59°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 12°C (53°F). Overview

Kēyī Yaws Nêōw was founded durring the early 12th century in winter of the year 1103, by Glênmèbê Èdsh Gadsho. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Glênmèbê Èdsh Gadsho.

Kēyī Yaws Nêōw was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kēyī Yaws Nêōw is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Kēyī Yaws Nêōw is buildings are arranged arround a single premissive packed earth mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. The town's exceptionaly well made fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

A look around Kēyī Yaws Nêōw seems to be home to a quite vibrant and boisterous community. Everywhere one looks they can see people going out their daily business with a smile and a spring in their step. Children play loudly in the streets, causing untold havoc as youth are want and allowed to do.

Cultural Notes

Kēyī Yaws Nêōw's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..
